I get in to work at 7:30am, and take my lunch at 1pm. Stupidly I don’t eat breakfast (or maybe not so stupidly. I’m just not hungry at that time), but rather I have a can of apple juice, then two cups of coffee, which gets me by until about 10:30am. Instead of breakfast, I indulge in a mid-morning snack.
Yesterday, I had cherries and strawberries, both of which were glorious…healthy…and get me to 1pm.

if i had a blender, i’d definitely make some strawberry smoothies, with banana…and then add cherries to it.
